Answer:

Your application is handled with the utmost care, sensitivity and confidentiality when placed through ourselves. You will have a dedicated insurance adviser and administrator who will look after your application and liaise with the insurance provider on your behalf. We work from the information that you provide us on your application. If the insurer needs to speak with your GP and/or Specialist we arrange this for you, but we are not privy to the information in your medical reports at any time, unless you disclose the information to us yourself.

We retain an eletronic copy of your data, which is stored on our secure servers. The insurer company that you apply to for cover, will also retain a copy of data.
